What Can You Do
Financial Commitment. We believe that change has to come from within the community. We do not want to stand idle and hope our teachers and our law makers make these changes for us and we believe it will take all our personal commitments and contributions to make this work.
Our estimated budget for phase one, the tutoring and mentoring center is $75,000 for our first year. For years two and three, the budget is $85,000 and $95,000 respectively. A detail breakdown of this budget can be seen on our financial disclosures page. Please take a look to see how we plan on spending our money.
You can help in this project by making a small financial commitment today and by forwarding this web address to all your friends, co-workers and families asking for their support too.
Personal Commitment. In addition to funds, we need basic office type supplies, materials such as board games, and card tables and chairs and we also need volunteers to help with mentoring and tutoring. Please leave your e-mail contact information below if you are interested in providing any support to our project.
