Graydon Ford—President & Founder
Graydon has run a successful accounting business since the early 1990’s. During this time, he has been active with social causes including a clothes-for-homeless program, working at food banks, preparing and delivering food for those in need, individual mentoring and group tutoring of disadvantaged youths, and coaching YMCA soccer. With the support and encouragement of his family and community, he is now extending the scope of his social giving by the creating and directing the Integrity Youth Project. Graydon believes that through the simple acts of mentoring and tutoring our youth we will make a lasting difference in their lives.
Eve Ford—Vice President
Eve has served as both an educational team leader and master teacher in middle school education for over fifteen years. She has been responsible for mentoring teachers, instilling classroom management and curriculum standards and she has created a Media Literacy program for the Santa Fe Public Schools. She has educated thousands of students and is committed to the positive change and impact that are possible through one-on-one relationships with mentors.
Education and Experience. BA, from UC Berkeley with a Middle School Teaching Credential from San Francisco State University; Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), The Coaches Training Institute, San Rafael, CA.; Owner of Joyful Spirit Coaching.
Randall Larson-Maynard—Webmaster & Inspirational Confidant
Randall is devoted to creating space for himself and other men to achieve their highest aims through his work in the Mankind Project (MKP). He sits in a weekly MKP mens group and has staffed three MKP New Warrior Training Adventure (NWTA) weekends since his NWTA in October 1999. He publishes a blog and has appeared on radio shows on the subject of MKP. Randall is a father of three girls, a husband to Deardra, a senior editor at a major university, a web guy, a foreign exchange trader, and as a man among men, creates a world of love by loving.
